Learn the basics of Indian vegetarian and vegan cooking in this introduction to basic spices, Indian breads (roti, naan), daals (lentils), and rice recipes.  We will also explore soups, salads, tofu and whole grains VV recipes along with nutritional drinks that have detoxing and cleansing benefits.  To complete the meal, students will also prepare desserts of fruits and homemade ice cream, vegan brownies, and cookies
