Develop skills and knowledge to become and remain physically fit. Work with some of Westchester’s best trainers, coaches and fitness leaders.

 

 
  For the major muscle groups, these free-weight exercises will increase muscular strength and endurance and will improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone. Participants will learn to exercise safely and correctly. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome; progress will be according to ability. Bring an exercise mat and 1- 5 pound weights. Thursday evening class will use dynabands which will be available for purchase ($3 - $5) at the first class.   Enrollment limited to 18 students.
